All pictures and images displayed on this website are for illustration purposes only. Whilst we will endeavour to promote similar products, the pictures and images shown do not form part of a contract implied or otherwise.


Prices

Charges for delivery are included in the price of our orders.


Payment

Orders will only be processed on receipt of authorisation of credit/debit card transactions. WarrenShaw Ltd accept payment by most major credit and debit cards.


Credit Card Transactions

Customers paying for goods via a Credit Card must provide the credit card holder’s personal details with the order. This must include the address and post code of the registered card and any relevant security / pin numbers on request. Please refer to our Privacy Statement for further details.


Recipient Details

Orders must state the recipient details including contact name, address and full post code.


Delivery

Delivery charges are usually included in the price of your order. We deliver to any postal address in the UK. Orders received and paid for before 12 noon Monday to Friday will be despatched the following day for delivery.

Remote Areas

Customers who request delivery to a remote area will be advised of any additional delivery charges.


Customer Service

Whilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the boxesforflowers site is fully operational and error free we cannot guarantee this. We therefore accept no responsibility for any defects and or interruption to the boxesforflowers site. We shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control.


Security

We do not store your payment details at all, electronically or otherwise. Only if your order can be fulfilled and your credit card is authorised, will your card be debited accordingly.

Statutory Rights

boxesforflowers are committed to providing you with our best service. If you are not satisfied in any way please let us know immediately and your complaint will be investigated. If we are satisfied your complaint is genuine a refund or replacement will be given. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
